‘The Great Disruptors’ is a female-fronted grunge song, like a dirtier Metric, but a bit less catchy. It chugs along but in the end goes nowhere of worth. It’d be interesting to hear this song in context of a full album, but on the back of just the one song it doesn’t stand up well. The clean vocals and rough riffs jar a bit, and it doesn’t make enough of an impact lyrically or otherwise.
