This here, is the first single from said album. There had been talk of the single version of ‘Don’t Stop’ being different from the album version. Personally, I can’t see much of a difference. If anyone can shine some light on that, please comment!
However, I can’t say I mind that it isn’t different…Don’t Stop is the best track on a very good album. It’s fine as it is.
Redemption, however, isn’t actually on the album. It’s a slower, more relaxed number, with IPS’s trademark vocals being the main attraction here. Simple music, a steady beat and the occasional synth is all that’s needed. It’s a good track, but hard to see it fitting with the vibe of the album…which is likely why it was left off in the first place.
Rating:

Don’t Stop is excellent and, due to increased plays on Radio One recently, should garner IPS a decent fanbase.
PS – We’re going to see them on the 4th February, so if you’re a fan, keep your eye on crowdsurfer.net for fancy pictures of the band and a bit about how they were on the night.
